A Small Team With Big Mountain Hospitality
We are a licensed property management firm in the state of Tennessee, proudly serving the Smoky Mountains region. Our small team brings years of experience in hospitality, guest services and local market expertise to every property we manage — from professional cleanings and guest communication to pricing optimization and listing management.
Jeff and Kodie started Smoky Woods Retreats after self-hosting their own Airbnb in the Smokies. We only take on 30 management properties at a time, so every owner gets one-on-one service, full calendars and guests leaving 5-star reviews.
