August 2026★★★★★Pictures do not do this justice! We had a group of 7 and everything was perfect! The view is spectacular! The house was spotless and had lots to do. We spent the most time on the main deck taking in the views. 20 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg, 5 min drive to the best zip lining, and lots of hiking trails near by.

July 2026★★★★★We enjoyed our stay. It was wonderfully situated with the view that says “The Smokies”. We found Cosby to be a bit more peaceful than the closer towns but sure did enjoy this property tremendously!
