Why a deep clean
A cleaner cabin means happier guests
Turnover cleans keep a cabin running week to week, but dust, crumbs and wear build up in the places nobody has time to reach. The off-season is the best time to reset.
Our team moves the furniture, empties the cupboards and works top to bottom through every room. You also get an inventory of anything in the kitchen that needs replacing before guests arrive.
What's included
A true top-to-bottom deep clean
Every interior deep clean includes all of the following.
Under & inside furniture
We move furniture and clean under and inside couches, chairs and cushions.
Cupboards & drawers
Every cupboard and drawer is emptied, vacuumed out and wiped down.
Kitchen wash + inventory
All cutlery, plates, bowls, pots and pans washed, plus a list of what needs replacing.
Steam-cleaned bathrooms
Every bathroom is steam cleaned and scrubbed down from floor to fixtures.
Dust & detail wipe-down
All surfaces, window sills, railings, baseboards, ceiling fans and light fixtures.
Patio refresh
Patio furniture and chairs wiped or sprayed down so outdoor spaces feel fresh too.
New air filters
We change out every HVAC air filter in the cabin.
Floors & stain treatment
Floors are mopped throughout, and furniture stains are spot treated.
Top-to-bottom clean
Every room, corner and surface, handled by a team you can trust.
Laundry (towels and linens), exterior windows, pools and hot tubs, and full carpet shampooing. We spot treat carpet stains only. A deep clean doesn't include a turnover, so the cabin needs its regular turnover clean before we arrive. Need a turnover team? See our turnover cleaning service.

One flat price for the whole interior deep clean. Your exact quote depends on square footage and bedroom count.
Game rooms, extra living areas or unusual layouts may move a cabin up a tier. We'll confirm your exact price before your clean.

Good to know before you book
How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on the size of the cabin. Most cabins take a full day. Larger cabins may take 2 days.
Do I need to be there? How do you get in?
No, you don't need to be there. Just send us the door code.
What should I do before you arrive?
Make sure the cabin has already had its regular turnover clean. A deep clean doesn't include a turnover: we don't wash towels or linens, make beds or reset the cabin for the next guest. We come in after the turnover and handle the areas a regular clean doesn't have time for. Need turnovers too? We offer full-service turnover cleaning — book both and we'll schedule your deep clean right after a turnover.
What's not included?
Laundry, exterior windows, pools and hot tubs are not included. For carpets, we spot treat stains only; we don't do full carpet shampooing.
When and how do I pay?
After you book, we'll send you a deposit request for half of your cleaning fee. The rest is due after the clean is complete.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled clean for a full refund.
