Compensation

$40,000 base salary + up to $10,000 in bonusesSalary position · $40,000 per year guaranteed

This is a salaried position, not hourly or per-clean. Your $40,000 base salary is guaranteed year-round — even in the slow season when there are fewer cleans — with the opportunity to earn up to $10,000 per year in bonuses. All cleaning supplies and cabin supplies are provided by Smoky Woods Retreats.

Requirements

  • Entry-level cleaning experience — prior cleaning experience not required, we will train you
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • A smartphone for checklists, photos and scheduling
  • Availability on weekends and holidays, our busiest turnover days
  • Attention to detail, dependability and a positive attitude

Position Details

  • Full-time salaried employee — full commitment to Smoky Woods Retreats required
  • Up to 42 hours per week (max); fewer hours in the slow season, same salary either way
  • Not a fit for cleaners who own and operate their own cleaning business or book of clients
  • Service area: Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg & surrounding areas
